We accept cash, credit card or EFTPOS.

You do not a referral from your doctor to make an appointment with our Dietitian.

Fees are payable on the day of your consultation. If you are unable to attend your consultation at least 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment as a cancellation fee will apply. To read our full Fees & Cancellation Policy please click here.

Please note that we are a private billing practice. Our appointments are scheduled to ensure that you receive sufficient time to allow for the best possible outcome for your health and well-being. We, like many other private practices, believe that bulk billing our patients requires us to compromise on our ability to offer and provide exceptional high quality individually tailored care.


Our Funding Options

Private Health Insurance: HICAPs and HICAPs Go are available at our clinics for private health fund claims. Please check with your private health insurance to see if you are eligible to claim a rebate via your ‘extra’s cover’.

Medicare: Medicare rebates are available to eligible patients with an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plan. Please note that a referral from your doctor is required.

Department of Veteran’s Affairs: Bulk-billing is available for DVA gold card holders. Please note that a referral from your doctor is required.

National Disability Insurance Scheme: Payment options vary depending on your type of NDIS plan and how your plan is managed.

Transport Accident Commission: TAC covers the full cost of your consultation with no out of pocket costs to you. A referral is not required to make an appointment under TAC, however please ensure you have your claim number.

WorkSafe: Please note that your doctor must provide WorkSafe with a request for dietetic services prior to commencement of treatment. Once this is approved you will be eligible for rebates towards your fees from WorkSafe.
