Fees & Cancellation Policy

Fees are payable on the day of your consultation.

If you are unable to attend your consultation at least 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment. Failure to attend your consultation without giving this notice will incur the full consultation fee. An invoice will be posted to your address and must be paid within 10 days of receiving it. This fee is not refundable through any private health fund. Any outstanding fees must be paid in full before any future consultation will be scheduled. Failure to attend 3 appointments will result in no further appointments being made, unless paid in advance.
